Massage

In a world in which touch has long been abandoned, the art of massage is now naturally coming back. To revive this ancient art of touch, and the relationship that comes with it, this massage course proposes teaching basic massage techniques such as effleurage, kneading, sliding and static pressure, vibration, percussion etc.

You will discover numerous non-therapeutic massage techniques and you will be informed about what exists in this domain (relaxation massage, back massage, foot massage, massage on table, massage on the ground, seated massage).

This course provides an individualized progression within the group. Information on relaxation, energy exchange, massage oils, masseur postures etc., will complement your training.
